Baileys, full name Baileys Irish Cream, is an Irish liqueur with whiskey and cream as its main ingredients.

How much alcohol does Baileys contain?

Baileys has an alcohol percentage of 17%.

How is Baileys produced?

Both the whiskey and the milk are homogenized into an emulsion using an emulsifier containing vegetable oil.
The other ingredients are unknown, but Baileys also contains chocolate, vanilla, caramel and sugar.
