What is Limoncello?
Limoncello is an Italian alcoholic drink made from lemons. It is a liqueur that is mainly produced in the south of Italy. Limoncello should be drunk at 4 à 5°C, or at freezer temperature to your own taste. Although limoncello was originally only drunk as a digestif after a meal, it is also increasingly mixed into cocktails. Recently, mixes with prosecco and tonic have become very popular.
