1 dash Creme de Cacao white

How do I create a Murder on the Orient Express cocktail?

Place ice, Baileys, vodka and Frangelico in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a liqueur glass. Top up with creme de cacao. Add sprinkles on top as a garnish.
