What is Parfait Amour?

Parfait Amour is a beautiful, dark purple liqueur flavored with flower petals (mainly roses and violets) and vanilla, along with orange peel and almonds. Parfait Amour is an age-old liqueur flavor, replacing Crème de Violette and Crème de Yvette. Parfait Amour is perhaps the most fascinating and complex of all liqueurs. Most bartenders are at a loss as there are few known recipes that use it.
