What is Dobonnet?
Dubonnet is a herbal wine that can be compared to Martini.
Dubonnet is a French aperitif made from wine from the best grape varieties from Roussillon (Grenache, Alicante, Muscat, Maccabeo and Syrah).
Made in the traditional way and matured in oak barrels for 3 years, the wine is mixed with southern plants, exotic wood (Cinchona bark) and natural products.
Dubonnet is not too bitter but also not too sweet.
Dubonnet is drunk neat and fairly cold and can be mixed very well with soda, fruit juice, vodka, gin or even champagne or sparkling wine.
