Cocktail Recept: Alfonso

A Alfonso cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Dubonnet 
• 4 dash Angostura 
• 1 Sugar cube
• 8 cl. Sect 
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Prepare a champagne glass with the sugar cube at the bottom.
Drizzle the angostura onto the sugar cube.
Press the sugar cube with a spoon to break it apart.
Then put two to three ice cubes in the glass.
Complete the cocktail further, to taste, with ice-cold dry sparkling wine.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
