How do I create a Alfonso cocktail?

1. Prepare a champagne glass with the sugar cube at the bottom.
2. Drizzle the angostura onto the sugar cube.
3. Press the sugar cube with a spoon to break it apart.
4. Then put two to three ice cubes in the glass.
5. Complete the cocktail further, to taste, with ice-cold dry sparkling wine.
