Cocktail Recept: Dubonnet Caribbean

A Dubonnet Caribbean cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Dubonnet 
• 3 cl. Bacardi Gold 
• 10 cl. Sparkling mineral water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place some ice cubes in a highball glass or large tumbler.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the mineral water.
Then stir the mix.
Top up the cocktail with mineral water to taste.
Stir again.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
