Benedictine is distilled in copper stills and matured for a long time in large oak barrels in dark cellars.
The herbs used to make Bénédictine include: angelica, hyssop, juniper, myrrh, saffron, aloe, arnica, tea, thyme, coriander, cloves, lemon and cinnamon.
