What do you need for a Cool Cucumber?
- 30 ml. Benedictine
- 1 bit Champagne
- 30 ml. Lemon juice
- 1 bit Cucumber
- 1 bit Ice
How do I create a Cool Cucumber cocktail?
Take a highball glass with ice and pour the Benedictine and lemon juice into it. Then cut off a strip of cucumber with the peel and place it in the glass. Then top it up with Champagne and stir vigorously.
