How do I create a Tutulurlu cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Then add the Benedictine, the vermouth, the vodka and a dash of Angostura.
3. Shake the mix vigorously.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a tumbler glass.
