Cocktail Recept: Sir Henry

A Sir Henry cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Calvados 
• 2 cl. Peach tree 
• 3 cl. Orange juice
• 5 cl. Champagne 
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a champagne glass.
Complete the cocktail further, to taste, with ice-cold champagne.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
