- 3 cl. Calvados
- 2 cl. Peach tree
- 3 cl. Orange juice
- 5 cl. Champagne
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
How do I create a Sir Henry cocktail?
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a champagne glass.
Complete the cocktail further, to taste, with ice-cold champagne.
