How do I create a Casablanca cocktail?

1. Fill a highball glass 1/2 full with crushed ice.
2. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
3. Add the remaining ingredients.
4. Then shake the mix vigorously.
5. Pour the mixture through a strainer into the highball glass.
6. Present the cocktail with a straw and a stirrer.
7. Serve the cocktail immediately.
