Cocktail Recept: Sparkling honey

A Sparkling honey cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Drambuie 
• 2 cl. Gin 
• 4 cl. Orange juice
• 1 dash Angostura 
• 6 cl. Champagne 
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the champagne.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Complete the cocktail further, to taste, with ice-cold champagne.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
