- 2 cl. Drambuie
- 8 cl. Champagne

How do I create a Romy cocktail?
Place the egg liqueur and Drambuie in a shaker. Shake this thoroughly and pour the contents through a strainer into a flute glass. Top up with ice-cold, dry champagne to taste.
