What do you need for a Omnibus?
- 4 cl. Kirsch
- 4 cl. Raspberry juice
- 10 cl. Soda water
- 1 bit Crushed ice
How do I create a Omnibus cocktail?
Fill a highball glass with kirsch and raspberry syrup and stir. Add a few spoons of crushed ice and top up with soda water to taste. Stir the mix again. Serve with a straw.
