How do I create a Adam's delight cocktail?

1. Peel the mango and deseed it.
2. Cut the mango into smaller pieces.
3. Puree the mango in a blender, in a food processor or with a hand blender.
4. Fill a shaker half full with crushed ice.
5. Then add the mango syrup, lemon juice, sugar, a pinch of vanilla and a teaspoon of grated lime peel to the shaker.
6. Then shake the mix vigorously.
7. Prepare a pre-chilled cocktail glass and add the mango puree.
8. Pour the mixture from the shaker through a strainer into the cocktail glass over the mango puree. Stir the cocktail carefully.
9. Add some ice cubes to the cocktail before serving.
