Cocktail Recept: Adam's delight

A Adam's delight cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Mango juice
• 4 cl. Lemon juice
• 5 gram Sugar
• 1 bit Vanilla
• 1 pair Limes
• 1 Mango
• 1 bit Crushed ice
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Peel the mango and deseed it.
Cut the mango into smaller pieces.
Puree the mango in a blender, in a food processor or with a hand blender.
Fill a shaker half full with crushed ice.
Then add the mango syrup, lemon juice, sugar, a pinch of vanilla and a teaspoon of grated lime peel to the shaker.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Prepare a pre-chilled cocktail glass and add the mango puree.
Pour the mixture from the shaker through a strainer into the cocktail glass over the mango puree. Stir the cocktail carefully.
Add some ice cubes to the cocktail before serving.
