Cocktail Recept: Inca

A Inca cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Sherry 
• 2 cl. Vermouth 
• 2 cl. Vermouth 
• 2 cl. Gin 
• 1 dash Orange bitter 
• 1 pair Lemons
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the dry sherry, dry vermouth, vermouth rosso, gin and orange bitters.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Squeeze a slice of lemon over the cocktail.
Add the squeezed slice to the cocktail and/or place a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
