• 2 cl.Vermouth
• 2 cl.Vermouth
• 2 cl.Gin
• 1 dashOrange bitter

How do I create a Inca cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Add the dry sherry, dry vermouth, vermouth rosso, gin and orange bitters.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
5. Squeeze a slice of lemon over the cocktail.
6. Add the squeezed slice to the cocktail and/or place a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.
7. Serve the cocktail immediately.
