A 3FM serious request juices 2013 number 11 Lion in the morning sun cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 Apples
• 1 slice Pineapple
• 0,5 Lemon
• 0,5 Avocado
• 1 bit Mint
• 1 dash Carrot juice
• 1 sprig Mint

Run the apples through the juicer. Add the avocado, pineapple and squeezed lemon to the juice and throw it all into the blender. Dilute the juicy result with some carrot juice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
