A 3FM serious request juices 2013 number 6 Little Green Glass cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 1,5 Cucumbers
• 4 stem Celery
• 1 bit Mint
• 0,5 Lime
• 0,25 Lemon
• 1 dash Apple juice

The cucumber and celery can be put through the juicer together. Add the squeezed lime and lemon together with the mint leaves and throw everything into the blender. Dilute with apple juice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
