What do you need for a Boston Tea?

A Boston Tea cocktail contains the following ingredients:

15 ml. Gin
15 ml. Rum
15 ml. Vodka
15 ml. Cointreau
15 ml. Amaretto
15 ml. Tia Maria
60 ml. Sweet and sour
150 ml. Coke
1 bit Ice

How do I create a Boston Tea cocktail?

Pour all ingredients into a shaker without the ice and Coca Cola. Shake vigorously and pour over ice into a cocktail glass. Fill the glass with Coca Cola.
