Berries and ice cream
4 cl. - Creme de Cassis
4 cl. - Berry juice
1 cl. - Lemon juice
1 cl. - Sugar syrup
8 cl. - Sect
1 bit - Vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
Place the creme de cassis, currant juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a blender.Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Mix this well.
Pour the mix into a fancy glass or tall beaker.
Complete the cocktail with ice-cold, dry sparkling wine.
