Fizzling Dance
60 ml. - Passoa
30 ml. - Vodka
30 ml. - Lemon juice
1 bit - Sparkling mineral water
1 slice - Lemon
1 bit - Ice
Preparation:
Add the Passoa together with the Wvodka and the lemon juicethe ratio 2: 1: 1 in a mixer and shake for a few seconds (total +/- 20 ml). Put ice and a slice of lemon in the glass. Pour the contents into a highball glass and fill with lemon juice and Spa red 1:3.
