Cocktail Recept: Killarney

A Killarney cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Whisky 
• 1 cl. Grenadine
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 1 bit Egg white
• 10 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a tumbler glass.
Top up the cocktail with soda water to taste.
Stir some more.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
