Hot Buttered Rum
30 ml. - Bacardi Gold
1 bit - Butter
1 teaspoon - Brown sugar
1 bit - Cinnamon
1 bit - Vanilla essence
1 bit - Nutmeg
1 bit - Boiling water
Preparation:
Mix the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla essence together well. Place a spoon (touch) in a heat-resistant glass. Pour the mixture, brown rum and boiling water into the glass and stir well.Choose a spoon that fits the glass well. Preferably a metal spoon, so that the heat is conducted away through the spoon.
