What do you need for a Dizzy?

A Dizzy cocktail contains the following ingredients:

15 ml. Blue Curacao
15 ml. Pisang Ambon
15 ml. Pina Colada
1 bit 7 Up
1 slice Orange
1 bit Ice

How do I create a Dizzy cocktail?

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake
sturdy! Pour the mixture into a highball glass and fill it with 7-UP. Garnish the glass with a slice of orange and a nice straw.
