Cocktail Recept: Sapphire martini

A Sapphire martini cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 50 ml. Gin 
• 1 dash Parfait Amour 
• 1 pair Berries

Have a pre-chilled martini glass ready.
Carefully pour the parfait d'amour into the pre-chilled glass.
Carefully pour the gin (which must have been chilled in the freezer for at least an hour) over a bar spoon onto the blue liqueur.
Stick a few blueberries or blueberries on a cocktail stick and garnish the cocktail.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
