Cocktail Recept: Tropic bitter

A Tropic bitter cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Cinzano bitter 
• 2 cl. Gin 
• 2 cl. Cointreau 
• 4 cl. Orange juice
• 10 cl. Bitter lemon
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the bitter lemon.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a short drink glass with some ice cubes.
Complete the cocktail with bitter lemon, to taste.
Stir lightly again.
Present the cocktail with a straw and a stirrer.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
