What do you need for a Manhattan perfect?

A Manhattan perfect cocktail contains the following ingredients:

4 cl. Bourbon whiskey
1 cl. Vermouth
1 cl. Vermouth
1 pair Ice Cubes

How do I create a Manhattan perfect cocktail?

Place some ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
Add the whiskey, vermouth dry and vermouth rosso.
Then stir the mix.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
