What do you need for a Samshu?
- 2 cl. Sake
- 2 cl. Sherry
- 2 cl. Orange juice
- 4 cl. Bitter lemon
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
How do I create a Samshu cocktail?
Place some ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the bitter lemon.
Then stir the mix.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Complete the cocktail with bitter lemon, to taste.
Stir lightly again.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
