What do you need for a Samshu?

• 2 cl.Sake
• 2 cl.Sherry
• 2 cl.Orange juice
• 4 cl.Bitter lemon
• 1 pairIce Cubes

How do I create a Samshu cocktail?

1. Place some ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the bitter lemon.
3. Then stir the mix.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
5. Complete the cocktail with bitter lemon, to taste.
6. Stir lightly again.
7. Serve the cocktail immediately.
