Cocktail Recept: Samshu

A Samshu cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Sake 
• 2 cl. Sherry 
• 2 cl. Orange juice
• 4 cl. Bitter lemon
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place some ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the bitter lemon.
Then stir the mix.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Complete the cocktail with bitter lemon, to taste.
Stir lightly again.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
