- 1 cl. Apricot Brandy
- 1 cl. Gin
- 5 cl. Orange juice
- 2 cl. Lemon juice
- 1 bit Crushed ice
- 1 pair Ice Cubes

A Balou cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Mix the ingredients thoroughly in the shaker with a few ice cubes. Fill a highball glass 1/3 full with crushed ice. Then pour the contents of the shaker through a strainer into the glass and stir well. Serve the cocktail with a straw.
