Cocktail Recept: Quiet Sunday

A Quiet Sunday cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Vodka 
• 1 cl. Amaretto 
• 2 cl. Orange juice
• 1 cl. Grenadine
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the grenadine syrup.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Carefully pour or spoon the indicated amount of grenadine syrup onto the center of the cocktail.
DO NOT STIR!
Serve the cocktail immediately.
