- 3 cl. Amaretto
- 1 cl. Apricot Brandy
- 2 cl. Cream
- 1 cl. Orange juice
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
- 1 pair Cherries
How do I create a Pisa cocktail?
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Then add the amaretto, the apricot brandy, the cream and the orange juice.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Place a cherry in the cocktail, or place the cherry, impaled on a cocktail stick, on the edge of the glass.
