• 1 cl.Apricot Brandy
• 2 cl.Cream
• 1 cl.Orange juice

How do I create a Pisa cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Then add the amaretto, the apricot brandy, the cream and the orange juice.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
5. Place a cherry in the cocktail, or place the cherry, impaled on a cocktail stick, on the edge of the glass.
