How do I create a Mint julep 2 cocktail?

1. Place some mint leaves, water and sugar syrup in a large highball glass.
2. Crush the mint leaves with a pestle.
3. Stir these ingredients together well.
4. Fill the glass half full with crushed ice.
5. Stir everything well.
6. Pour the whiskey over the ice in the glass.
7. Let the cocktail stand for a few seconds.
8. Then stir again.
9. Place one or two mint leaves on the rim of the glass.
10. Present the cocktail with a few straws.
