What do you need for a Apple Dream?

A Apple Dream cocktail contains the following ingredients:

30 ml. Pisang Ambon
30 ml. Amaretto
15 ml. Pina Colada
1 bit Apple juice
1 bit Ice

How do I create a Apple Dream cocktail?

Put the Pisang, Amaretto and the Pina Colada in the shaker,
shake well. Fill a highball glass completely with ice. Pour the mixture over the ice and top it up with apple juice. Serve with a stirrer and a straw.
