Cocktail Recept: Francesca crusta

A Francesca crusta cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Vodka 
• 2 cl. Blue Curacao 
• 2 cl. Pineapple juice
• 2 cl. Grapefruit juice
• 10 gram Sugar
• 1 pair Ice Cubes
• 1 pair Lemons

Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with a slice of lemon.
For a sugared edge, press the rim of the glass with some sugar.
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass, taking care not to damage the sugar rim.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
