Smoothie Recept: 3FM serious request juices 2014 number 10 Aan De Kust

This juice is loosely inspired by an unnamed hit by the friends of BLØF. The main ingredient is sea lavender. And no, no small sheep were abused in the making of this juice. Sea sea lavender grows along the salty coasts of the Netherlands and is therefore a bit salty. A hearty evening juice for the men.
There on that coast, that salty coast. Yes, that's where that plant of sea lavender grows. This beach herb is naturally salty and therefore useful for keeping the moisture balance in order. The necessary (vegetable) fats and a sweetness come from the avocado that has been added to the mix. A good salty kick with a sweet aftertaste.
Throw the sea lavender leaves and half the avocado (note: without the pit) into the blender and grind well. Squeeze the lime through the pulp and add the pineapple juice. The whole thing must be drinkable through a straw.
