• 1 bit Spinach
• 3 Carrot
• 2 Apples
• 1 bit Ginger
• 1 dash Beetroot juice
• 1 dash Pineapple juice
• 1 sprig Parsley

Throw the spinach, carrots, apples and ginger through the juicer. Dilute the mixture with some pineapple juice. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
