How do I create a Bourbon Mint Julep cocktail?

1. Place ice, bourbon, mint leaves and sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir, pour into a highball glass filled with ice and stir gently until the glass is slightly frozen. Top up with a dash of rum or cognac.
