How do I create a Barbara cocktail?

1. Place some ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the nutmeg.
3. Then stir the mix.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
5. Sprinkle some nutmeg on the cocktail.
6. Serve the cocktail immediately.
