Cocktail Recept: Strawberry sundae

A Strawberry sundae cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 400 gram Strawberry
• 0,25 dl. Creme fraiche
• 0,75 dl. Milk
• 0,5 dl. Vodka 

Remove the tops from all the strawberries, but keep 2 aside.
Now put the strawberries, the crème fraiche, the milk and possibly the vodka in a blender.
Puree everything until smooth.
Add some more milk if necessary.
Pour the mix into a highball glass.
Place the 2 reserved strawberries on the rim of the glass.
Serve the mix immediately.
