What do you need for a Strawberry sundae?
- 400 gram Strawberry
- 0,25 dl. Creme fraiche
- 0,75 dl. Milk
- 0,5 dl. Vodka
How do I create a Strawberry sundae cocktail?
Remove the tops from all the strawberries, but keep 2 aside.
Now put the strawberries, the crème fraiche, the milk and possibly the vodka in a blender.
Puree everything until smooth.
Add some more milk if necessary.
Pour the mix into a highball glass.
Place the 2 reserved strawberries on the rim of the glass.
Serve the mix immediately.
