- 120 gram Strawberry
- 60 gram Currant
- 1 Lemon
- 48 cl. Prosecco
- 4 Ice Cubes

A Strawberry bellini cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Place the glasses in the freezer fifteen minutes in advance. Mix the strawberries, currants, a few drops of lemon juice and about 4 crushed ice cubes in a blender. You need a total of 16 centiliters of fruit juice. Divide the juice, strained with a strainer, over the cooled glasses and pour the prosecco over it. Mix this together carefully. Garnish with a strawberry and a straw. (Make sure you mix 1/3 fruit juice with 2/3 prosecco).
