• 48 cl.Prosecco

How do I create a Strawberry bellini cocktail?

1. Place the glasses in the freezer fifteen minutes in advance.
2. Mix the strawberries, currants, a few drops of lemon juice and about 4 crushed ice cubes in a blender.
3. You need a total of 16 centiliters of fruit juice.
4. Divide the juice, strained with a strainer, over the cooled glasses and pour the prosecco over it.
5. Mix this together carefully.
6. Garnish with a strawberry and a straw. (Make sure you mix 1/3 fruit juice with 2/3 prosecco).
