How do I create a Swimming pool cocktail?

1. Fill a highball glass or large tumbler half full with crushed ice. Pour the remaining ingredients into a blender.
2. Mix until a layer of foam has formed on the mix.
3. Finally, pour the mixture over the crushed ice in the glass.
4. Stir everything well.
5. Present the cocktail with a straw.
