Strawberry sundae
400 gram - Strawberry
0,25 dl. - Creme fraiche
0,75 dl. - Milk
0,5 dl. - Vodka
Preparation:
Remove the tops from all the strawberries, but keep 2 aside.Now put the strawberries, the crème fraiche, the milk and possibly the vodka in a blender.
Puree everything until smooth.
Add some more milk if necessary.
Pour the mix into a highball glass.
Place the 2 reserved strawberries on the rim of the glass.
Serve the mix immediately.
