Exotic lemon
10 cl. - Maracuja juice
1 cl. - Lemon juice
7 cl. - Bitter lemon
1 bit - Kirsch
1 bit - Lime
1 bit - Crushed ice
Preparation:
Fill a highball glass 1/3 full with crushed ice.Add the remaining ingredients, except the bitter lemon.
Add a sliced kumquat.
Then stir the mix.
Top up the cocktail with bitter lemon to taste and stir again.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
