15 ml. - Cointreau
30 ml. - Parfait Amour
1 bit - Crushed ice
Preparation:
Fill a large brandy glass with crushed ice. Pour the Cointreau over it and then the Parfait Amour. Stir carefully with a stir stick. Serve with a long spoon.
