Cocktail Recept: Zuiderzeedream

A Zuiderzeedream cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Pisang Ambon 
• 2 cl. Rum 
• 5 cl. Pineapple juice
• 5 cl. Cream the coconut 
• 1 cl. Cream
• 1 bit Crushed ice
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Fill a highball glass 1/2 full with crushed ice.
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the highball glass.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
