Cocktail Recept: Steamboat

A Steamboat cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Southern Comfort 
• 10 cl. Soda water
• 1 Lemon
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
Pour the southern comfort over the ice in the glass.
Top up the cocktail with some more soda water, to taste.
Then stir the mix carefully.
Add a slice of lemon to the cocktail.
Present the cocktail with a straw and a stirrer.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
