How do I create a Steamboat cocktail?

1. Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
2. Pour the southern comfort over the ice in the glass.
3. Top up the cocktail with some more soda water, to taste.
4. Then stir the mix carefully.
5. Add a slice of lemon to the cocktail.
6. Present the cocktail with a straw and a stirrer.
7. Serve the cocktail immediately.
