Cocktail Recept: Save coconut

A Save coconut cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 5 cl. Pineapple juice
• 5 cl. Cream the coconut 
• 2 cl. Strawberry syrup
• 1 cl. Cream
• 1 pair Ice Cubes
• 1 bit Crushed ice

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Fill a highball glass 1/3 full with crushed ice.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
Stir the cocktail lightly before serving.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
