Cocktail recept : Save coconut

5 cl. Pineapple juice
5 cl. Cream the coconut
2 cl. Strawberry syrup
1 cl. Cream
1 pair Ice Cube
1 bit Crushed ice

Preparation:

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Fill a highball glass 1/3 full with crushed ice.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
Stir the cocktail lightly before serving.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
