Cocktail Recept: Royal Chi Chi

A Royal Chi Chi cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 40 ml. Gin 
• 10 ml. Lemon juice
• 30 ml. Coconut cream
• 1 dl. Pineapple juice
• 3 Ice Cubes

Shake all ingredients together in a shaker with 5 ice cubes. Pour the cocktail through a bar strainer into a highball glass with 3 ice cubes.
For example, garnish with 2 cocktail sticks and a slice of banana. Other fruits are also good, use your own creativity!
